I like it a lot actually, it would be really interesting and a lot of fun! I thought of some scenarios that could have severed their friendship so just tell me what you think, or if you think of any better ones. So maybe they fought over a girl, and she chose one over the other or perhaps neither but it was still really serious. Or maybe one had a secret that the other used to their advantage to get something, and the trust was lost. Or another one is that the tension building up over the years from the growing differences led to a big blowout fight that was never resolved, and it could have started over a simple thing like what they were going to have for lunch or maybe one bumped shoulders with the other and then the two exploded. Another factor to the big fight could be that they maybe were in two different friend groups with completely different values, and maybe the other friends fueled their hate fire with gossip and rumors or something like that? Whatever sounds good to you.

I love it! So the issues were never resolved and now the two hate each other. So I would say since there's so much history that they wouldn't be the type of enemies that just ignore each other, because they actually do care. So maybe when they pass each other in the hall or run into each other or something they insult the other as much as they can and get into squabbles or there's just a lot of unspoken tension, or a mix both? If that makes any sense at all.

I like it a lot. So pretty much everybody knows that these two are enemies and since they're both popular it makes it even more obvious. So, shall one of us start a thread where they run into each other and get into an argument? Or maybe they're both at the same party or something. My brain is really frazzled this morning, sorry for the lack of creativity.
