Prefects need to be active. Some of them are already set because they are canon. If you plan on requesting to be a prefect, make sure you plan on posting. For site purposes, prefects are not allowed to remove points (though they can certainly threaten it). Head boy and girl do not necessarily need to be prefects, but they must be in good standing with the school. Please use the form and reply to this thread if you want to be a prefect.
